You may close your PHMerry account at any time by contacting our support team. Before account closure is finalized, you must withdraw any available balance from your account. PHMerry reserves the right to conduct a final review of your account activity before processing a closure request.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceedings in the Philippines and any objection that such proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum.
